This etching by Philip Kappel measures 8 7/8 x 7 7/8 inches. A 1st proof, created in 1945, is pencil signed and titled on the lower margin. Kappel was born in Hartford, CT, and educated at the Pratt Institute in New York. He was employed as an artist for several shipping companies and much of his work documents these ships and their sailors. At age 26, Kappel was the youngest person ever admitted to "Who's Who in America."

This is an original etching by American artist Stephen Parrish.  The title is "Belleville on the Passaic, 1879"  It was one of the earliest and rarest etching by parrish.  The image measures 5 1/4X10 7/8 inches.  This etching is plate signed and titled.  It is not pencil signed.  This image appears in the Schneider catalog as image number 4.

This lithograph by Hermine David measures 14 1/4 x 16 1/2 inches. Created in 1932, plate signed. David was known as one of the most outstanding women painters of the early 20th. century. Born and raised in Paris, at the age of 16 was accepted into the Ecole Des Beaux Arts, later going on to study at the Academy Julien. Equally well-known as a miniaturist and printmaker, she went on to have a long successful career as an artist and was awarded the Legion of Honor in 1932.
