This is an original etching by American artist Charles Adams Platt. This harbor scene was created after a painting by Henry Ward Ranger. We are uncertain as to where this scene originates. The image measures 16X21 inches. It is signed in pencil by both Platt and Ranger. This was published byRadtke, Lauckner and Co in 1888. It has a remarque in the lower border of two fishing boats at the dock. Possibly a view of the Weeping Tower in Amsterdam.
