This is an oriignal lithograph by American artist Grant Arnold.  The title is Oil Boat, pencil signed titled and dated 1938.  Arnold was a Woodstock N.Y. artist.  The image measures 10 1/4X13 1/4 inches.  Printed on a watermarked Rives BFK wove type paper.
