This is a fine oil on canvas painting by American artist Charles Gruppe. The view of a picknick in the Dunes, most likely on the cape has an image size of 14X20 inches. Signed lower right, and comes in a nice Hassam style gilt frame. A fine work by this important Rockport artist.
