This is an original etching by British artist George Soper (1870-1942)  The title is: "Mangels", it was created and printed in 1918, edition unknown.  Printed on a cream toned laid type paper, partial r.e.s. watermark.   The image measures 5X8 inches.  A fine impression with extensive plate tone in the sky and land.
