This is an original pencil signed lithograph by American artist Joseph Pennell.  As part of his Panama Canal Series, this image is titled: Colon.  Created and printed in 1912.  The image measures 22X16 inches on a Fabiano Laid type paper which measures 25 1/2X20 1/2 inches.
