This is a very fine etching with drypoint by French artist Edgar Chahine (1874-1947)  The title of this work is: "Mademoiselle Delvair de la Comedie Francaise,", it was created and printed in 1901, pencil signed lower left border.  The image measures 18X11 1/2 inches.  Printed on a medium weight wove type paper.  This image appears in the Tabanelli catalog as image no. 73.  It also appeared in the Holme's book, Modern Etching and Engraving, published 1902.

This is a fine woodcut print by Jamaican artist Albert Huie.  This image is hand signed in pencil and titled: Seaside.  The image measures 9X6 1/2 inches.  Albert Huie (1920-2010) was a seminal figure in the formation and development of a national Jamaican artistic identity, overcoming the hurdles of a colonial-based system of race and class distinctions to become the first native-born Jamaican artist to attain international renown and respect. Working primarily in the areas of landscape, portraiture, and figurative art, he established a multiple award-winning career that spanned seven decades and earned him the title of “the Father of Jamaican Painting.”

This is a scarce original pencil signed mezzotint by American artist James D. Smillie.  The title is Double Hollyhocks, it was created and printed in 1889.  The image measures 8 5/8X5 5/8 inches.  Printed on a chine collet adhered to a thicker wove type sheet.  A beautiful impression of this very rare mezzotint by Smillie.

Simon.  The title is: Charles Bridge in Winter, Prague, created and printed in 1916 in an edition of 100.  A large work by Simon measuring an image of 15 3/4X20 5/8 inches.  A finely detailed work.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.  Novak 255

This is a fine detailed etching by American artist John Taylor Arms.  This image from his Spanish Church series is titled: La Colegiata, Toro, it was created and printed in 1935 in an edition of 153 impressions.  This pencil signed image measures 9 3/4X12 3/4 inches.  It is inscribed, gifted to: Mr. and Mrs Andrew Daglish (The British artist and Friend of Arms)  Printed on an antique laid type paper.  This impression was printed by David Strang, one of Arm's most trusted printers of his editions.

This is an original pencil signed etching and drypoint by American artist Otto Bacher 1856-1909.  The title is: The Bridge, Schleissheim,  created and printed in 1879.The image measures 5 1/8X7 7/8 inches.  The platemark measures 5 7/8X8 3/4 inches.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.   A fine rich impression.  Some very light even toning to the sheet but very presentable as it now appears.

This is an original woodcut print by American artist Winifred Milius Lubell.  This print is pencil signed, dated and titled by the artist lower border.  Titled The Artist, created and printed in 1937, this is a very rare hand signed impression.  The image printed on a very thin Japan type sheet measures 9 1/4X5 3/4 inches.  A little light rubbing to part of the signature but overall very nice condition.

This is a large original engraving by French artist Albert Decaris, (1901-1988)  This engraving is titled: L'Arbre,  The Tree, located in Besancon France, just outside of Paris.  The image created and printed in 1926 has an image size of 26 1/2X17 1/2 inches.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.  This impression is numbered and signed in pencil in the lower border.  W7/60.  "Decaris was born in Sotteville-lès-Rouen. At age 19, Decaris won the Concours de Rome, which was seen as the premiere award among young French artists at the time. He was elected Fellow of The French Académie des Beaux Arts in 1943".
