Readio was a painter, lithographer and educator, known for his scenes of Pittsburgh, PA. and the American West. He was also the Academic Drawing teacher at the Carnegie Institute of the Arts, Andy Warhol being one of his students.
Etching measures 9 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches. Pencil signed in the lower right, titled in the lower left. A well inked impression with a rich drypoint burr.

Printed on a thin Japan the image measures 7 7/8X11 7/8 inches. The etching appears in the Wuerth catalog as image number 53.

This is an original block print by Wisconsin artist Edward Boerner. The title is written in pencil, The Farm, it was created and printed in 1940. The image measures 5X4 inches. Pencil signed lower right. This also came with a card by the artist which describes this as: "Our family homestead at Cedarsburg, 1847.

C. 1920. Pencil signed and editioned, number 128 in an edition of 150. Plate measures 5 5/8 x 5 3/4 inches on 10 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch wove type paper. The artist's composition and sparing use of lines in the background draw the viewer along the path of the figures, and out of the frame to their mysterious destination.
