This is an original etching by American artist Ernest Haskell (1876-1925) The title of this work is The Tired Hunter. Created circa 1922, this etching has an image size of 4 1/4X6 1/4 inches. Hand signed in pencil lower border.Ref. L.C. 147.

Etching, image size 9 7/8 x 6 7/8 inches, c. 1930, pencil signed, titled on the lower margin. Hopper Emory was born in Baltimore, Maryland and had a successful career in banking before he turned exclusively to his artwork. He traveled to England where he studied at the Heatherly School of Art in London, then returned to Maryland where he became known for his delicately rendered architectural and maritime etchings.

Drypoint etching with a rich burr. Pencil signed in the lower right. Plate measures 7 7/8 x 10 inches in a 15 x 17 inch silver frame. Rosenberg studied architecture at the University of Oregon before moving into architectural etching, studying at the American Academy in Rome and the Royal College of Art in London. The majority of his work was of European buildings with historic significance.

Pencil signed in the lower right and titled in the lower left. Ca. 1950. Plate measures 4 7/8 x 7 3/8 inches on 9 x 12 1/2 inch wove type paper. This print has good plate toning, lovely crosshatched shading, and a composition that draws the eye to what the figures are looking at.
This is a fine impression of the well known etching by American artist Eliza Pratt Greatorex. The title is: Pond at Cernay La Ville, It was printed on a thin Japan type paper in 1886. Published in an edition of 40 by Estes and Lauriat in Boston. The image measures 4 3/8X6 3/4 inches. This image is plated signed lower left and dated 1880. A wonderful rich impression, the thin Japan sheet is tipped onto a thicker support sheet.
