This 1925 etching of an old woman by the Austrian artist Arthur Paunzer measures 5 7/8 x 4 1/2 inches, plate dated and pencil signed. Paunzer studied at the Academie Julien in Paris and traveled to Italy where he studied art and architecture. His works are included in the Albertina Museum, Vienna, the British Museum, London, Princeton University Library and the Cleveland Museum of Art.

This etching is signed in the plate by Denis and Roux Champion, printed on a medium weight laid type paper. We are unsure as to the date, circa 1930. The image measures 7X9 1/4 inches.
