This is an oriignal etching, pencil signed by British artist Mortimer Menpes (1855-1938)  The title is: Under the Bridge, Japan, Nagasaki.  This etching was created and printed in 1896 in an edition of 50 impressions.  This has the "imp" after the artist's name which means that he printed this impression himself.  The image measures 4X11 7/8 inches.  It appears in the Morgan catalog as image number 165 I/III.  Printed on a light weight laid type paper.

Numbered 63 out of 100 in the lower left in pencil, pencil signed in the lower right. Plate signed and dated in the lower right. A rich impression with drypoint burr.

This is an original drypoint etching by French artist Alphonse Legros (1837-1911)  The title of this work is: La Ferme De Labbaye (farm at the monastery)  Created and printed circa 1880, this image measures 8 1/2X11 1/8 inches.  Hand signed and titled in pencil.  Printed on a medium weight wove type paper with a partial watermark.

This is an original etching by Belgium artist Jules DeBruycker.  It is titled Ruelle Gand, it was created and printed in 1906.  Hand signed and titled in pencil, Le Ruelle.  The image measures 13 1/2X5 1/2 inches.  Printed on a medium weight laid type paper.  With a Van Gelder watermark.

This is an original pencil signed etching by American artist Lawrence Kupferman.  The title of this work is:
"Victorian Carriage House". This etching was created and printed in 1939 and is editioned as 13/100.  The etching is signed and titled in the lower border, the image measures 9 3/4X11 5/8 inches.  

This is an original pencil signed etching by American artist Charles Adams Platt.  The title of this work is "Pier at Larmor".  It was created and printed in 1885.  The image measrues 14 1/8X8 1/2 inches.  One of a series of Dutch etchings that he created during this period of travel in Europe.  This is included in the Platt catalog as image number P-55.  Framed.

This is an impressive etching and drypoint by American artist William C. McNulty. The title is: "Demolishing the Century Theater, 1931" A great industrial study done in New York City. This etching has an image size of 9X11 1/4 inches. Pencil signed and titled. Done in an edition of 75 proofs.

This is an atmospheric marine etching by J. Henry Hill, after the painting by Otis Weber. The image measures 14 1/2 x 18 1/2 inches, published in 1886 by Klackner, New York, pencil signed on the lower right margin. Hill came from a family of artists and became a well known landscape and marine painter keeping with the pre-raphaelite tradition, influenced by John Ruskin and David Johnson.

Etching printed on May 6th, 1908. 2nd state. Pencil signed and pellet stamped. Plate signed and dated. Large remarque of a beetle in the right corner. Image measures 11 1/8 x 5 1/2 inches. Catalog reference: Arwas 353.

This is a hand signed original etching by British artist James Mcbey.  This image is titled: California, San Luis Obispo, it was created and printed in 1941.  This impression is numbered as 38 from the edition of 48. "XXXVIII".  Very nice condition printed on a warm toned sheet, the image measures 6 1/2X14 1/8 inches.  In the Hardie catalog as image number 283.

This is a fine original etching by British artist David Young Cameron. The subject and title is: Dinant, This etching was created and printed by the artist in 1907, hand signed in pencil, The image measures 7 15/16X13 15/16 inches.  Printed on a light weight laid type sheet.  This image appears in the Rinder catalog as image number 395.  The edition was thought to be less than 75.  A fine rich impression.

This is a scarce etching with drypoint by French artist Auguste Lepere.  The title is Sous Bois, a la Rigonette (Vendee) This image was created and printed in an edition of only 35 prior to the plate being cut down for the later more common edition.  The image measures 7 3/4X10 1/2 inches.  The etching is hand signed in pencil and numbered as 7/35.  Printed on a thin antique laid paper.  This image appears in the Texier catalog as image number 386 ii/iii.

This is a fine example of his Spanish Church Series by American artist John Taylor Arms.  The title is: Puerta Del Obispo, Zamora (The Bishop's Door, Zamora)  This etching was created and printed in 1933.  This image printed on a grey toned, watermarked, laid type paper measures 12 1/2X7 1/8 inches.  It is inscribed "to my friends, mr. and mrs Andrew Daglish"  (The British printmaker and his wife)  The beautifully detailed image appears in the Fletcher catalog as image number 266.

This is a fine original lithograph by American artist Leonard Baskin.  This image taken from his series of Indian portraits that he created in 1972.  This image is titled: Chief Wets it, Assiniboine, This pencil signed and numbered impression, 24/160, measures an image of 32X22 on a sheet size of 35 1/2X25 inches.  Mint condition.  This image appears in the Baskin catalog as image number 609.
