This is a fine original pencil signed etching by American artist Prescott Jones.  The subject is Dublin Lake, New Hampshire with the mountain, Monadnock behind.   The image measures 5X 7 3/4 inches.  Editioned as 5/50.  Created and printed circa 1940, nicely framed with archival materials.
