This is an original mezzotint by European artist Mario Avati.  The title is: La Plume du Sergent, it was created and printed in 1968 in an editiion of 79.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet watermarked " Rives, BFK"..  It is pencil signed and inscribed "epreuve d'artiste 1/X".  The image measures 9 1/2X11 1/2 inches.

This is an original engraving by British artist Stephen F. Gooden.  The title is "Diana", this engraving was created and printed in 1940.  The image measures 5 1/2X5 1/2 inches.  This engraving is pencil signed and dated lower right, It is editioned as 96/110.

This print was the presentation plate for the Print Club of Rochester, N.Y.  Printed on a medium weight wove type paper.

Plate signed and dated 1920. Signed "Lumsden imp" indicating that the artist printed it himself. A skillfully done portrait with a rich drypoint burr. Plate measures 5 7/8 inches x 8 1/4 inches on 9 1/4 x 11 1/8 inch thin watermarked laid type paper. The subject is the Reverend Nathaniel Royds, the father-in-law of the artist.

This is an original mezzotint etching by British artist Percival Gaskell.  This view of river rapids has an image of 9 1/2X 13 5/8 inches.  Pencil signed lower right border, printed on a chin collet adhered to a thicker sheet.  Printed with a warm toned ink.  Gaskell is one of the best of the early British mezzotint artists.
