This is an original pencil signed etching by British artist Stanley Anderson.  The title is: The National Gallery, created and printed in 1925 in an edition of 109.  This image is pencil signed by the artist.  This impression is the second state an edition of 8, before the print collectors edition which was printed in an edition of 100 for the members.The image measures 8 3/4X11 1/4 inches. Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.  This image appears in the Meyrick catalog as image number 167.  "One of the earlier group of Stanley Anderson’s scenes depicting the tramps of London, this image casts a somewhat cynical eye upon the established art in our major public galleries. The paintings hang unnoticed as the visitors sit, reading the newspaper or knitting, and the tramps lie asleep".  (Campbell)

This is a finely detailed mezzotint by American artist  Reynold Weidenaar.,  This image is titled: Demolition in the Plaza Del Toro, it was created and printed in 1950 and sold by Associated American Artists in New York.  The pencil signed impression measures 12 7/8X9 inches.  Also pencil titled in the lower left border.  A very rich impression, printed on a wove type sheet.

This is an original pencil signed etching by American artist Otto Kuhler.  The image is titled: Steamboat  Wharf, created and printed in 1925.  The image measures 8X10 3/4 inches.  "Although best known for his industrial designs, Otto Kuhler (1894-1977) is well regarded as a fine artist and draftsman. Born in Germany, Kuhler was the sole heir to his family's successful steel business, Kuhler Forges. After WWI however, the business and his family's fortune were in ruins. After living briefly in Dusseldorf, and partly due to the advice of friend Joseph Pennell, he took up etching and emigrated to the States in 1923. Otto Kuhler's etchings of begrimed industry sprang from the same optimistic response to technology that led to his colorful streamlined designs for the Milwaukee, Lehigh and other railroads in the 1930's." Simon.  The scene is: The Kiosks on the Grand Boulevards, in Paris.  This etching was created and printed in 1926 in an edition of 200, published by G. Petit, Paris.  The image appears in the Novak catalog as image number N.123.  The image measures 13 3/4X16 3/4 inches.  This etching is in the early frame with french matting.  Pencil signed lower right and numbered 6 of the edition.

This is an original pencil signed etching by German expressionist Lovis Corinth.  The title is Salome, created and printed in 1919, this impression is numbered 28/150.  The image measures 7 5/8X9 7/8 inches.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet, with a Collectors stamp William P. Moor on the back of the sheet.

This is an original pencil signed lithograph by European artist Maurice deVlaminck.  The subject is Marine, L'Eglise, it was created and printed circa 1925, Published by Galerie des Peintres Graveurs, Paris with the blind stamp lower right. The image measures 8 7/8X12m 1/4 inches.This image appears in the Walterskirchen catalog as image number 182.

This is a fine original etching by French artist and print maker Louis Auguste Lepere.  The subject is Amiens Cathedral, created and printed in 1907.  The pencil signed impression measures 13 11/16X9 5/8 inches.  Printed on a medium weight laid type sheet.  Very fine condition.  This image appears in the Saunier catalog as image number 344.  Printed in an edition of 150.

This is an original color aquatint and etching by French artist Manuel Robbe.  The title is Place Pigalle, it was created and printed in 1925 in an edition of 200 published by L'Estampe Moderne.  The image measures 11 1/4X15 3/8 inches.  Hand signed in pencil lower right border.  Place Pigalle is in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, in Montmartre.

This is a fine line engraving by British artist Stanley Anderson.  The title is The Old Tinker.  This pencil signed impression measures 7 X5 1/2  inches, created and printed in 1933.  This image appears in the Anderson Catalog as image number 208.  The tinker is depicted soldering a patch to a leaking kettle while his wife is about to renew the cane seat of an old chair.  Anderson often returned to the subject of the wanderer, of itinerants such as wayfarers pedlars and gypsies making their way through town.  This engraving is in a modern frame with archival materials.

This is a fine portrait etching by European artist Anders Zorn.  This pencil signed etching titled Guill II was created and printed in 1918.  The image measures 7 3/4X5 3/4 .  This pencil signed impression .  This image appears in the zorn catalog as image number 165.  This etching is in beautiful condition.

This is an original Arthur Briscoe etching, titiled: "Heavy Canvas", this etching was created and printed in 1931 in an edition of 75.  The image is hand signed in pen and ink and editioned in the lower border.  The image measures 13 1/2X8 3/8 inches.  The subject shows four men making fast the crossjack of a four masted barque.  This etching is archivally framed.

This is an original pencil signed mezzotint by British artist Sir Frank Short.  The subject is Sir Francis Seymour Haden aged 74.  Haden was the "Father Figure of the British etching Revival".  This image measures 11 1/8X14 1/4 inches.  This mezzotint was created after the painting by G.P. Jacomb Hood.  This mezzotint is in perfect condition, nicely framed with archival materials.
