This is an original pencil signed lithograph by American artist Joseph Pennell.  This image is one of his Panama Canal Series that he created in 1912.  The image is titled: The Walls of Miraflores Lock, 1912.  The image measures 18 1/2X24 3/4 inches, on a Fabiano watermarked laid type paper which measures 20 1/2X25 1/2 inches.

This is an original pencil signed lithograph by American artist Joseph Pennell. He traveled down to Panama in 1912 to record the building of the Canal.  He created a series of lithographic images from that trip. This image is titled: The Cut From Culebra.  It was created and printed in 1912 in an edition of 100.  The image measures 22 1/2X17 inches on a sheet size of 25 1/2X20 1/2 inches.  Printed on a Fabiano watermarked laid type paper.

This is an original hand signed etching by American artist Isac Friedlander. The title of this work is "Aftermath" alt. "Outcasts", this etching was created and printed in 1944.
This etching was created in an edition of 30 signed proofs, this one is inscribed as "Trial Proof #2", the image measures 14X11 inches, printed on a medium weight wove type paper. The artist's view of the aftermath of war in Europe.
Isac Friedlander (1890-1968) was born in Mitau, Latvia. He was arrested in 1906 and imprisoned by Russian authorities for anti- Czarist Political activities from 1906 to 1912. He studied art at the Academy of Rome, Italy from 1913 until 1917. He was a friend of Russian writer Maxim Gorky. Friedlander began his printing career in 1915. In 1917 he repatriated to Russia during the Kerensky regime, but in 1929 Friedlander immigrated to the US with the encouragement of his cousin Joseph Hirshhorn.

This is an original engraving by French artist Philippe Mohlitz.  This image is titled: The Abyss.  It was created and printed in 1967.  Pencil signed lower right and numbered as 28/50 lower left.  The image measures 8 1/4X7 1/8 inches.  Printed on a heavy weight laid type sheet.  Mohlitz uses the refined technique of Original engraving, in the traditional manner.  Born in Bordeaux in 1941 Mohlitz studied the techniques of engraving at the studio of Rene Delpech in Paris in the mid 1960's.

This is a fine original screen print by American artist Max Arthur Cohn.  The title is: Night Scene, created and printed in 1944.  Hand signed with pen and ink within the image lower right.  The image measures 12X17 1/2 inches.  "Best known as a pioneer in screenprints, Max Arthur Cohn was born to Russian immigrants in London, in 1903, and moved with his family to New York City in 1905. He got his first art-related job creating commercial silkscreens when he was seventeen. Cohn began to experiment with silkscreening on his own and later exhibited his prints in New York City and Washington, D.C., in the 1930s and '40s." (Smithsonian Museum)

This is an original hand signed wood block print by Jamaican artist Albert Huie.  The title of this work is Road Mending, created and printed circa mid 1940's.  The image is signed and titled lower border, the image measures 7 3/4X5 7/8 inches, Good condition. 

Albert Huie (1920-2010) was a seminal figure in the formation and development of a national Jamaican artistic identity, overcoming the hurdles of a colonial-based system of race and class distinctions to become the first native-born Jamaican artist to attain international renown and respect. Working primarily in the areas of landscape, portraiture, and figurative art, he established a multiple award-winning career that spanned seven decades and earned him the title of “the Father of Jamaican Painting.”

This is a rare original etching and drypoint by Scottish artist David Cameron.  The title is: Wingless Chimera, Amiens Cathedral,  it was created and printed in 1911.  Hand signed in pencil, this etching measures an image area of 7 5/8X9 3/8 inches.  Printed on a medium weight laid type sheet.  This image was exhibited at the Royal Academy in 1911.  This image appears in the Rinder catalog as image number 416.

This is a rare original mezzotint by British artist, Sir Francis Seymour Haden. The title of this work is: "Harlech No II", it was created and printed in 1880. A combination of mezzotint, etching and drypoint, hand signed in pencil lower left border. This image appears in the Schneiderman catalog as image number 197. The image measures 8X11 3/4 inches. This is the V state of V.. This is a rarely seen image by Haden. Richly inked and printed.
