This is a rare early state etching by American artist Frank Benson.  The title is On Set Wings, created and printed in 1923.  This is a trial proof, hand signed in pencil, before the addition of the clouds and lines at the shore.  This image was later used as a frontispiece for Volume III of the Paff catalog.  The image measures 4 1/2X5 7/8 inches.  The image appears in the Ordeman catalog as image number 223.

This is a fine drypoint etching on copper by American artist Frank Benson.  The title is Rising Geese, it was created and printed in 1924 in an edition of 150, printed on Whatman Paper.  The image measures 6 7/8X8 3/4 inches.  This image appears in the Ordeman catalog as image number 238

The is a beautiful original wood engraving by American artist Leo Meissner.  The title is: Canyon Grandeur, Sabino Canyon, Arizona.  This pencil signed and titled image was created and printed in 1954.  This is numbered as 7/65.  The image measures 7 1/2X8 1/2 inches.  Beautiful condition.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.

This is a fine original wood engraving by Leo Meissner.  It is titled: Chesapeake Boats, created and printed in 1934.  Hand signed, titled and dated in pencil lower border.  The image measures 10X7 inches.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.

This is an original etching of the artist's wife, Anais Brockhurst.  It is titled Anais II and was created and printed in 1930 in an edition of 111.  The image measures 9X7 inches.  It is signed in the plate and also signed in pencil lower right.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.  This image appears in the Brockhurst catalog as image number 67.  Very fine condition, a rich impression.

This is a fine original pencil signed and titled etching and drypoint by American sporting artist Roland Clark.  The title is: The Conference, created and printed in 1925.  The image measures 8 3/4X11 3/4 inches.  Fine use of plate tone in the sky.  A rich impression printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.  Numbered as 15/62 impressions.

This is a fine color woodcut by German artist Martin Erich Phillipp.  This artist known for his color woodblock prints printed in the 1920's in the Arts and Crafts style.  This image of Two Red Parrots is hand signed and titled as " Rote Arar I"..The image measures 9 1/8X6 1/2 inches.  Very richly colored, it looks like a monoprint.  The work of this artist is quite scarce in the USA.  Printed on a handmade Japan type sheet.

This is an original pencil signed etching by American artist Harold Kerr Eby.  The title is: Lobster Fleet, created and printed in 1937.  A fine atmospheric study of a lone fisherman in the foggy morning bay.  This image measures 9 1/2X11 1/2 inches.  Printed in an edition of 100.

This is an original pencil signed lithograph by American artist Stow Wengenroth.  The title is: The Far Shore, Ogunquit, Maine, created and printed in 1957 in an edition of 200.  The image measures 8X13 7/16 inches.  The image appears in the Stuckey catalog as image number 238.

This is a  rare etching by American modernist Leonard Baskin.  The title is Oedipus at Collonus, created and printed in 1969 in an edition of 100.  This impression is hand signed, titled and numbered as 36/100.  The platemark measures 23 1/2X17 1/2 inches.  It appears as image number 553 in the Baskin Catalog.  Very nice condition.

This is an original pencil signed etching by American artist Kerr Eby.  The title is: Christmas Trees, created and printed in  1940 in an edition of 100.  The image measures 9 1/4X12 3/4 inches.  nicely framed.  This image appears in the Giardina catalog as image number 202.  The scene was most likely taken in Connecticut near his home.

This is an original pencil signed etching with drypoint by British artist William Strang.  The subject is: a Portrait of Sir Charles Holroyd, No 2,  it was created and printed in 1909.  Holroyd was a fellow artist and printmaker.  The image measures 17 1/2X11 5/8 inches. Printed on a thin laid type sheet.  A beautiful impression.

This is an original hand colored etching by British artist Elyse Ashe Lord.  The title is: K'o Ssu, Swallows and Prunus,it was created and printed circa . 1925.  This etching is hand signed and titled in the lower border in sepia ink.  71/75.  The image measures 12 1/2X11 inches.  Printed on a wove type sheet.  

THis is an oriignal lithograph by American artist Michael Mazur.  This image from his Images from a Locked Ward series created and printed in 1965.  This image is titled, The Occupant", The image and sheet size measures 26X20 inches.  Printed in an edition of 75 published by Impressions Workshop Inc. This lithograph is hand signed in pencil lower border.  Printed on a wove Arches buff toned sheet.  Mazur volunteered to conduct art therapy sessions at the Howard State Institute in Providence R.I. there he  created the series, "Closed Ward"  and later "The Locked Ward".  This is image number 3 from that series.
