This original woodcut by Lucien Pissarro, after an engraving by his father, Camille Pissarro, measures 4 3/4 x 6 3/4 inches. Lucien was the eldest son of the Impressionist painter, Camille Pissarro. Lucien specialized in English country landscapes, rural views of woods, cottage gardens and orchards and in the 1880's he became interested in woodcuts and engravings.

This etching by Arthur C. Taylor measures 5 x 7 inches. Printed in an edition of 100, on medium weight paper with wide margins, it is plate signed and also pencil signed, title and numbered on the lower margin. A very atmospheric image created by Taylors' placement of a richly inked wooded foreground illuminated by the light filtering through the trees in the background.

This is an original engraving by Pierre Lombart after the painting by Flemish Baroque artist Anthony Van Dyck. Image size 13 5/8 x 9 3/8 inches, published in Paris 1660, on an early laid type paper with thread margins, framed.
