Closed Ward Series, Her Place, #8, created and printed in  1962 , in an edition of 30.  Printed on a Fabriano Murillo wove type sheet.  This  etching and aquatint, measures 23 3/4X17 ¾ inches. Hand signed lower border in pencil.  Mazur volunteered to conduct art therapy sessions at the Howard State Institute in Providence R.I. there he  created the series, "Closed Ward"  and later "The Locked Ward".  This is image number 8  from The Closed Ward Series.

THis is an oriignal lithograph by American artist Michael Mazur.  This image from his Images from a Locked Ward series created and printed in 1965.  This image is titled, The Occupant", The image and sheet size measures 26X20 inches.  Printed in an edition of 75 published by Impressions Workshop Inc. Radford, Quick, Mervine - 1942.   This image measures 10X17 1/2 inches.  In the Fletcher catalog as image number 377

This is an original pencil signed etching by American artist Kerr Eby.  The title is: Christmas Trees, created and printed in  1940 in an edition of 100.  The image measures 9 1/4X12 3/4 inches.  nicely framed.  This image appears in the Giardina catalog as image number 202.  The scene was most likely taken in Connecticut near his home.

This is an original pencil signed etching by American artist Harold Kerr Eby.  The title is: Lobster Fleet, created and printed in 1937.  A fine atmospheric study of a lone fisherman in the foggy morning bay.  This image measures 9 1/2X11 1/2 inches.  Printed in an edition of 100.

This is an early color woodblock print in triptych form by Utagawa Kunisada.  This image of Kubuki Figures was from the 1840's a time when he took the name of his teacher Toyokuni.  The signature is known as the Toshidama signature.  The image measures 13X26 1/4 (site size)  This woodblock is framed and matted.

Published by Associated American Artists in New York,  in 1937; in edition of 250.  Painter, portrait painter, caricaturist, illustrator, lithographer, writer, art educator. Peggy Bacon studied with John Sloan and Kenneth Hayes Miller.

This is an original pencil signed lithograph by American artist Stow Wengenroth.  The title is: The Far Shore, Ogunquit, Maine, created and printed in 1957 in an edition of 200.  The image measures 8X13 7/16 inches.  The image appears in the Stuckey catalog as image number 238.

This is a  rare etching by American modernist Leonard Baskin.  The title is Oedipus at Collonus, created and printed in 1969 in an edition of 100.  This impression is hand signed, titled and numbered as 36/100.  The platemark measures 23 1/2X17 1/2 inches.  It appears as image number 553 in the Baskin Catalog.  Very nice condition.

This is an original pencil signed etching by American artist Joseph Pennell.  The title is The Debacle of De Lesseps, Panama.  This was part of his Panama Canal series that Pennell created in 1912, showing the construction of the Canal through Panama.  THe title refers to The French diplomat Ferdinand de Lesseps, who undertook the project in 1875 and failed.  The image measures 9 3/8X12 1/4 inches.  Printed on a medium weight watermarked laid type sheet.

This is a fine original etching by British printmaker Ernest Lumsden.  The title is: Mosque and Temple, created and printed in 1914 as plate no. 2 from His Indian Series.  This etching is hand signed in pencil with the "imp" after his name meaning that he printed this impression himself.  It is also inscribed as: "4th trial state no. 2" lower left border.  It appears in the Lumsden catalog as image number 167.  The image measures 8X9 7/8 inches.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.

This is a pencil signed etching by American artist Charles Adams Platt.  The title is: Inner Port, Trouville, France, created and printed in  1888.  The image measures 6 1/4X9 1/4 inches.  Nicely framed with archival boards.

This is an original hand colored etching by British artist Elyse Ashe Lord.  The title is: K'o Ssu, Swallows and Prunus,it was created and printed circa . 1925.  This etching is hand signed and titled in the lower border in sepia ink.  71/75.  The image measures 12 1/2X11 inches.  Printed on a wove type sheet.  

This is a fine original etching by American artist Joseph Pennell.  This etching was part of his Panama Canal Series created and printed in 1912.  This pencil signed impression measures 9 3/8X12 1/4 inches.  Printed on a medium weight, watermarked laid type paper.  Very nice original condition.  This image appears in the Wuerth catalog as image number 625.
